No, your attitude is definitely more disgusting. You sound like someone who has Narcissistic Personality Disorder -whether you actually have the disorder or not- which is totally repugnant.

You don't have to be into anyone, but people are people, no matter their physical appearance. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully (as long as they are respectful themselves) and due to the way you dehumanize the man in this video just because he is chubby you tell more about your own shallow and pitiful personality than about the person you are actually talking about. Maybe you are more beautiful on the outside, but you have an ugly character.
