Per request in the title: The 4 along each side we call “6-Pack” (maybe should be 8 pack) are Rectus Abdominals: The Tight Tidy set running from The Pectorals down toward the Pelvis at the Inguinal Ligament are in order top to bottom: External Oblique, Internal Oblique, and Traversus Abdominus.
